Heat the veal until it is completely cooked and also until the apples have gotten a bit tender. Then, cut the veal into piece, then place the spinach into a deep bowl. Add the apple and veal into the spinach and start mixing with any kind of juices from your pan. This really is a delicious salad, and the preparation is very easy.
